| A. | We constantly add new products, that catalogs become outdated. Currently, all of our products are now listed on our website and we are adding new products all the time. |

| A. | Please allow 7-14 business days for your shipment to arrive at your location, if product is in-stock. Expedited shipping is available for your urgent orders. |

| Q. | If products are not in-stock at the time order is placed, when will products be expected to be in-stock? |
| A. | Depending on the products, it usually takes 1-2 weeks for the products to arrive. We receive containers filled with products frequently. Special order products take longer than 1-2 weeks; contact an A.C.E. Thatch & Bamboo, Inc. representative for further information. |

| A. | Yes, if your shipment is sent out by U.P.S. or by Fed-Ex. We can supply you with your shipment’s tracking number. |

| Q. | How long would Thatch last outside? |
| A. | Depends on many factors:
- angle of roof (roof pitch)
- does roof get daily sunlight?
- are there trees overhanging the roof?
Thatch is a natural material, however, normally the product can last 5 to 7 years in ideal conditions - to be safe: figure 3 to 5 years. |
